Healthy child Program aims at improving your child’s immunity, health, attention span and maximize their potential. It also addresses the above mentioned concerns most parents face today. This program involves educating parents about

- Importance of physical activity and lifestyle
The duration of this program is one month and will have 4 weekly sessions, which can be done either online or in person.
Parents are informed about how to improve the physical activity and eating,sleeping habits of their child. This will also include
- Kid friendly lunchbox recipes
- 10 minute healthy snack recipes
- Tips to create a healthy sleep routine
The meal plan is customized to fit and suit each child’s routine, and palette.
