Pavithra helped me after I got sick with liver inflammation from food poisoning. Her tips helped me regain energy and also helped me reverse my prediabetic condition in 3 months. If u are targeting overall health and wellness this is the right person to guide u through it. No crazy fitness programs or diet restrictions. When we started our sessions, she was very patient, nice, friendly, listened to all my concerns and explained all I need to know about eating healthier. We talked about everything I'm used to eating and how to adjust each of my meals according to the food I like to eat so she could prepare a meal plan for my reality. I was so happy after the session! Have worked with Pavithra for the thyroid program, it was beneficial for me. My thyroid levels have reduced and able to reduce the dosage as well which was my main target.
