Our modern/sedentary lifestyle has several factors and triggers that can disrupt our hormones and fertility. Stress, sitting for long hours, toxins from the environment, processed food ,beauty products etc can derange our hormones.
Just losing 5% of your body weight will not help in improving PCOS if the weight that you lose is from your muscle. Following the right diet and lifestyle personalised for you can do wonders in improving your metabolism, fat loss, hormonal balance and thus reduce painful periods, acne, facial hair and mood swings.
The 16 week program which is designed to challenge PCOS involves following the right diet, exercise and healthy habits , the absence of which also happens to be the main reason for this condition. Changes in food, activity and lifestyle always have a great positive effect on anyone including but not just limited to improved metabolism, weight loss, fat loss, regular pain-free periods and optimal hormone levels.
The 16 week program has bi-weekly sessions on topics mentioned above which will help you lead a healthy and vibrant life, leading to harmony and happiness in your body and mind.
The weekly follow-up calls will have discussion on the limiting factor of the previous session and week, how well it was carried off and resolve any difficulties faced.
Apart from this, every week will have a healthy habit to follow that will act as a bridge between you and a happy healthy active self.
