At Poshan Fitness, we believe in sustainable lifestyle changes and not crash diets that only give temporary results. For the same reason, we do not use weight loss as our only measure to track progress. Other critical parameters like fat percentage, improvement of overall health parameters (like Blood Pressure, blood sugar levels, energy, sleep quality, skin clarity and hormone levels).

All our programs involve analysing your current lifestyle and habits, so that we can support you to reach your goal . We keep in mind your age, accessibility, geographic location, genes, food likes and dislikes while personalizing the meal plans and workout schedules ensuring they seamlessly fit into your daily schedule.
We also include nutrition guidance, educating about lifestyle, workout and other additional information that will benefit you in planning ,preparing and choosing food for yourselves.
The sessions, most of which will last from 60-90 minutes are either done online via Whatsapp/Skype/Facetime or in person. The review sessions last anywhere from 10-20 minutes, which will track the progress and modify the plans depending on the progress made.
