The 16 week program has bi-weekly sessions on topics mentioned above which will help you lead a healthy and vibrant life , reverse the disease leading to harmony and happiness in your body and soul.

The weekly follow-up calls will have discussion on limiting factor of the previous session and week, how well was it carried off and resolve any difficulties faced.

Each week will also have a healthy habit for you to follow which is dependent on your current lifestyle and goals. This will ensure that by the time you finish the program, you would have 16 new healthy habits that will change your current lifestyle to a healthy, happy and active one.
